I agree with interchanging the x and y. However, because there are no parentheses around 5x+6 in the original equation, the 6 would not be included in the denominator due to order of operations.
 
Interchange x and y:
x = 2/5y + 6
Subtract 6 from both sides:
x - 6 = 2/5y
Multiply by the reciprocal of 2/5, 5/2 on both sides:
5x/2 - 15 = y
Replace y with h-1(x):
 
h-1(x) = 5x/2 - 15
