The distance a wheel travels along the ground is equal to the number of revolutions times the circumference. So for one turn, the distance is the circumference.
C = 2πr = πd
a) distance = C = π(50) = 157.1 cm
b) distance = C = π(100) = 314.2 cm
c) when the diameter is doubled, the circumference is doubled.
