20x -40x = 40000 - 64000

20x = 24000

x = 2400/2 = 1200 of 20%

1600-1200 = 400 of 40%

to get a mixture of 1600 of 25%

25 is within 5 of 20

40 is within 15 of 25 or 3 times as far away

you need 3 times more of 20 than of 40

1200 = 3(400)
