I figured out the local minimum at x=5. With a value of ____?

 

I also figured out the local maximum at x=10. With a value of ____?

 

I cannot figure out the values of the local max and min.

Since you have correctly found the x-values of the max and min points, just substitute the  x-values into the original equation to find the y-values for those points.
