First make all the numbers either fractions or decimals so you're comparing the same things.

 

Let's make them decimals.  Change fractions to decimals by dividing the numerator (top) by the denominator (bottom).  Change percents to decimals by moving the decimal point two places to the left.

 

1/12 = .083

3/4 = .75

.7 = .7

.1 = .1

50% = .5

.3 = .3

25% = .25

1/3 = .333

 

Now it's easy to order the numbers.  If you're confused by the decimal points, multiply each number by 1000 (move the decimal points three places to the right) before ordering them.
