Algebra 2 word problem- please help

A charter airline finds that on it's Saturday flights from Philly to London all 120 seats will be sold if the ticket price is $200. However, for each $3 increase in price, the number of seats sold decreases by 1. Find the formula for the number of seats sold if the ticket price is P dollars.

Hi Mark,
The answer is for # seats S sold in terms of price P. The answer given is S = -1/3P + 560/3 but I am at loss where it comes from. Thank You
