I need help on this graph

Graph a line with the indicated slope and y-intercept.
y=-6 and y-intercept (0,9)

You don not have a slope.  You have only two y values:  y=-6  and  y=9.

Actually, you do have a slope. "No slope" is a slope. It is the slope of a vertical line.
