Think of it as probability points...
3, 4, 6, and 2 each have 1 point
4 has 2 points
1 has 4 points
So there are a total of 10 points.
So, P(3) = 1/10
P(4) = 2/10 = 1/5
P(1) = 4/10 = 2/5
