Can you please help me on this?

The pitcher for the robins throws a baseball at 90.0 miles per hour. The pitcher on the Bluebirds throws a baseball 121 feet per second. Which pitcher throws a baseball faster? Explain.

The basic way to figure out a problem like this is to look at the units involved.
We need to convert "miles/hour" into "feet/second"
 
We cancel units like they were fractions:
(miles/hour)(feet/mile) = feet/hour
(feet/hour)(hours/second) = feet/second
 
Note:  in hours to seconds to get 3600 we took (60 min/hr)(60 sec/min) = 3600 sec/hour
