Question

 For the polynomial, f(X) = (7-3x^6)^4(2-5x^3)^5(x-7)^3 it wants me to find the degree, leading term, the leading term coefficient, and the value of coefficient.

 

my answer I got for the degree is 42?

my answer I got for the leading term is (-3x)^24(5x)^15(x)^3 However my number I am getting when I put it into my ti89 calculator is huge. Am I on the right track?

I got 42 for the degree also. Leading term is x^42

 

The leading coefficient should be (-3)^4*5^5 = 253,125

 

Not sure what you mean by "value of the coefficient" if it's not the number above.               253,125x^42
