You are given the opposite and the adjacent so you would use tangent.
Tan = Opp / Adj
= 6/8
= .75
So the angle is the inverse tangent of .75 or tan-1(.75) = 36.9
All angles in any triangle add up to 180 degrees, of which one of them is 90 since it is a right triangle. So your other angle is 90 - 36.9 or 53.1.
So your two angles are 36.9 and 53.1
