The height, h, in feet, of an object dropped from the top of the Empire State Building can be estimated using the equation h= -16t^2+1,454, where t is the time

I couldn't fit my whole question so here it is: The height, h, in feet, of an object dropped from the top of the Empire State Building can be estimated using the equation h= -16t^2 + 1,454, where t is the time in seconds after the object is dropped. What is the best estimate for how far above the ground will the object be after 8 seconds?

The choices are: 1,390 feet
                               1,326 feet
                               512 feet
                                430 feet
