I'm assuming you are looking to simplify the expression. To do so, we first need to factor the polynomials then cancel out any like terms we see in the numerator and denominator.
(x2 + 10x + 25)/(4x2 + 17x - 15)
Factor each polynomial separately:
numerator: x2 + 10x + 25 = (x + 5)(x + 5)
denominator: 4x2 + 17x - 15 = (4x - 3)(x + 5)
Replace the polynomials in the original equation with their factored forms we've found above:
(x2 + 10x + 25)/(4x2 + 17x - 15) = ((x + 5)(x + 5))/((4x - 3)(x + 5))
Notice that the term 'x + 5' appears in both the numerator and denominator, and thus they cancel each other out leaving us with the following:
((x + 5)(x + 5))/((4x - 3)(x + 5)) = (x + 5)/(4x - 3)
Therefore,
(x2 + 10x + 25)/(4x2 + 17x - 15) = (x + 5)/(4x - 3)
