Hi,
I met with Bryanna, and she was nice, but I don't feel that our first session was as informative as I would have liked. I know that if you're not happy with your first tutor, the cost can be refunded so I kind of just want to inquire about that, thanks.

Yeah, the policy is called the "Good Fit Guarantee", where if you don't like the first lesson with your tutor or feel like it was as helpful as you were hoping you can request a refund. You want to contact Wyzant's Customer Support Team if you're interested in getting a refund! :)
