I just had this same issue. I called the help desk for Wyzant which was very helpful. For tutoring it is a separate app and login. They will assign you a login with your first and last name then a number. Please call the help-desk to get this going. The most important thing is that you can support your expertise by responding to some key questions they have in the database.
