What’s the best way to answer "Tell me about yourself" in a job interview?

rt with how you began in your career, emphasizing the role, process and how you developed your skill set to excel to the next level. Discuss industries you worked in and the roles which challenged you to aspire to the next opportunity. Highlight the growth process and what you are looking to do next. Each candidate can shine individually and it is up to the Executive Recruiter to assess them based on the above; moreover how they honed their skills to be "spot on" in the market place based on a particular role.

This is how you begin and then based on the job description, you can hone your responses from there.

For example: I am an Executive Recruiter and would be happy to work with individuals looking for their next role, and am happy to mentor and help with their resumes and discuss next career move.
