WHY THE TUTORS ARE NOT RESPONDING?!

I'm guessing here as a new tutor. I'm guessing it's because of several factors

1) The rate you are offering may not meet the tutors' needs

2) Timing (this week is Thanksgiving holiday week), so people are traveling and not working

3) Maybe your ask for a tutor is not specific enough for career development, so the tutors don't know if they are the right fit? I'm just guessing here. I have seen many career development jobs that don't tell us tutor what field the students are interested in career development advice for.

Ultimately if timing, price and fit is right, there will be a tutor who will answer you.
