Need help building a commission worksheet

Hello, I have a project that I could really use some expert advice on to formulate a master design. The problem is, I'm decent with Excel, but I'm designing it for others to use that may not be as familiar. I've spent too much time researching possible methods but all of them would require the end-user to have stronger Excel skills. I'm hoping to find that balance and create a worksheet that can be utilized month after month.
