What does the mechanism look like for a reaction between 1,3-butadiene and propanol? How would this work?

A Diels-Alder reaction requires a conjugated diene and a dienophile. 1,3-Butaniene in this case would be the conjugated diene, however, propanol is not a dienophile, and therefore a Diels-Alder reaction would not occur.
