I would say the most hard interview question is definetely "Why should we hire you?".
The hardest interview question is the one you didn't prepare for beforehand. To succeed in an interview, knowing what sets you apart from other candidates is important. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What unique skills do you bring to the table? How do you approach problem-solving and decision-making? It's important to research the company and position you're interviewing for and tailor your responses to their specific needs. Show the employer that you understand what they're looking for and that you have the skills and experience to meet those needs. You can ace any interview with preparation and focus on offering solutions.
There is only one hard interview question. You did not prepare for it before walking in the door and sitting in the interview chair. Interview success is preparation before the interview.
