Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
Philosophers of science focus on physics, biology, math, and seemingly ignore chemistry entirely.
There's a reason, physics no matter how difficult can at least explain why it's difficult. even if no one really understands quantum physics or Einstein's theory of relativity.
Notice the Big Bang TV series? math, physics, biology, geology, but no chemistry? why? best they gave us was the periodic table of elements in a shower curtain. as Penny showered. That did get viewers attention though.
Chemistry is far more difficult, beyond difficult. so if you figure out your problem, you get an A+, a Nobel Prize. and then some. see the NY legal case where organic chemistry students demand passing and firing an organic chemistry professor for low grades. Hard not to sympathize. No matter how low IQ the students might be.
still you can do it, with or without tutors' help. It's possible. I used to be able to do it, but time has taken a toll. It's just a fuzzy memory now.
