Write a general reaction equation for sulphur containing compounds with sodium or potassium hydroxide by filling in the equation below. What is the name of the sulphur containing product that is normally produced?

Isabelle N., Really, this is too open a question. If there's a strippable -H in a -SH moiety, obviously that's coming off. But OH(-) isn't a very good nucleophile, is it?
