A rocket is launched from the top of a 60 m tall building. The rocket's height is given by h(t)=-2t2+10t +60, where h(t) is measured in meters and t is the time after the launch in seconds.

(a) What is the maximum height the rocket reaches?

(b) How much time does the rocket spend in flight?

(c) At what time is the rocket at its launching height for the second time?
