My tutor did not come to my lesson. Will I be charged?

I had a lesson with a tutor but she never came. I was waiting fro 20 minutes and I didn't get any response. Will I be charged for this?

This is the wrong forum to ask this question Paromita. When you log onto Wyzant, on your "Dashboard" page, look at the lower right hand corner and you will see a "support' button that looks like this:


Click that and ask your question.


I'm sorry this happened to you. As a tutor, I know sometimes things get mixed up. Please contact your tutor directly and ask what happened.


Tutors must complete a "report" of each completed tutoring session including the time that was spent and the subjects covered. I'm sure your tutor did not falsify such a report to result in a charge to your account. But, contact the Support Desk to relay your concerns.
