How do you give a review on a tutor

The inconsiderate Tutor cancelled on me at the last minute. I had to setup my system going from a desktop to a laptop. She should owe me money!!

You're entitled to a refund if you had already paid for the tutoring session. You're entitled to report your complaint to the ageny. Your tutor might have a legitimate excuse but she hasn't had the decency to share it with you. Don't expect any compensation. Just report the incidnt and move on.
