Is there a way to get multiple selections in a drop down list?

I am working on a project in Excel where I am needing to make multiple selections in a drop down list without having to use a VBA code.

This is for a company I work for and an error warning of macros continues to generate when trying to use the VBA option.

Is there a formula I can use in place of using the VBA option to do so?
