f'(x) = - 7/2x-3/2 = - 7/(2x√x); m = f'(a) = - 7/(2a√a).
f'(1) = - 7/2; y = 7 - 7/2(x -1); y = -7/2x + 21/2

Is that second coordinate point supposed to be (4, 7/2)? Otherwise, (4,7) does not lie on the curve and wouldn't be tangent to the original equation that was given in the problem prompt.06/08/22
