I agree with Edward E, but here some general steps: Load your data. Create a pivot table from your data table to summarize and group the data as needed. Create a pivot chart based on your pivot table to visually display the data. Create a dashboard worksheet in your Excel workbook, and place your pivot chart and any other relevant visualizations on it. To make the dashboard interactive, you can add drop-down menus, buttons, or checkboxes to allow users to switch between different data sets or control how the data is displayed. To finish, format your dashboard and add any final touches to make it visually appealing and easy to read. Note: The exact steps for creating a live tracker may vary depending on the version of Excel you are using.
