On the interval [0,-pi], the absolute sin function is equivalent to -sin(x).
integral(|sin(x)|,0,-pi) = integral(-sin(x),0,-pi)
We can integrate from -pi to 0 (left to right); just add a negative sign in the front.
= -integral(-sin(x), -pi, 0)
= integral(sin(x), -pi, 0)
= (-cos(0)) - (-cos(-pi))
= -1-1
= -2
