3rd condition to determine a Circle

What is the equation of a circle touching the lines 2x-y-11=0 and +2y+2=0 and having its center on the line 4x+y-27=0
Ans:
Center (18, -45) and radius=14sqrt5

need a solution for these :) thanks

Mitiku D.

The two lines, 2x-y-11=0 and +2y+2=0, divide the x-y plane in to four parts. The line where the center of the circle lies on rules out two of the four parts. But any one of the two parts could satisfy the conditions set forth. Center (18, -45) and radius=14sqrt5 is one of two answers (I haven't checked to see if it's correct).
