How do I find the missing angle of a triangle? I know they add up to 180 degrees and I need help finding the value of x.

measure of angle A is 74 degrees measure of angle b is 34 degrees and measure of angle C is 83 + x please help me

Angle A + Angle B + Angle C = 180

 

74 + 34 + 83 + x = 180

Combine like terms

191 + x = 180

Subtract 191

x = - 11

 

The value of x may be a negative number.
