3rd condition to determine a Circle

Question

Give the equation of a circle tangent to a line 3x+y-2=0 at (-1,5) and with radius equal to sqrt10.
Ans:
x^2 + y^2 + 8x - 8y + 22=0 and
x^2 + y^2 - 4x - 12y + 30=0 

need a solution for these :) thanks

x^2 +2x +1 + y^2 -10y + 25 = 10

x^2 +y^2 +2x -10y +16 = 0 is the equation of the circle with given center and radius

neither given answer is correct
