3rd condition to determine a Circle

Question

Find the equation of a circle passing through (-1,6) and tangent to a lines x-2y+8=0 and 2x+y+6=0 ?
Ans:
x^2 + y^2 - 2x - 34y + 165=0 and
x^2 + y^2 + 6x - 10y + 29=0

need a solution for these :) thanks

equation will be (x+1)^2 + (y-6)^2 = r^2

x^2+2x + 1 +y^2 -12y + 36 = r^2

neither of the given answers has the correct linear term for y
