Please help me with this question

You extracted 10 grams of Ghost pepper with 35 ml acetone, filtered, back-extracted with water then dried. The ending volume after drying was 2.5 ml. This 2.5 ml was run on an open column and capsaicin was found pure in three fractions. These fractions were evaporated and found to contain 47, 121, and 63 mg respectively. What is the capsaicin concentration in the original extract and the quantity of capsaicin per gram of pepper?
