y = (3x + 4)2
       x2 + 1
 
By the quotient rule, y' = 2(3x + 4)(3)(x2 + 1) - 2x(3x + 4)2
                                                                  (x2 + 1)2
 
                                         = 2(3x + 4)[3(x2 + 1) - x(3x + 4)]
                                                                 (x2 + 1)2
 
                                         = 2(3x + 4)(3 - 4x)
                                                  (x2 + 1)2
