The employer implicitly or explicitly is stating a need. Be sure that your resume keys in on that need! Talk with your resume and don't talk past each other, as an analogy to be mindful about.
Why should I hire you? How can I improve my odds in a job search?
Find a need and fill it. Your resume has 15 seconds to achieve or fulfill this step. Employers have a need, and you must address this want on your resume, or the employer will read on to the next resume. Don’t just deliver a history lesson. Good resumes must demonstrate that the candidate has the knowledge and skills or potential sought by employers. Make sure that your resume mirror back to the employer what they desire. Your resume should state how you can be value-added to the potential employer.
