There are a variety of interview questions. Some are situational in nature, competency-based, or behavioral focus. And often, the most difficult is the brainteaser or the nonsensical question. The challenge to many job seekers is that they have not given enough thought to their responses ahead of time.

To me, there is only one hard interview question. It is the one that you did not anticipate before sitting in the interview chair. I've seen instances where the most qualified candidate did not receive the job offer. The offer went to that individual that did a better job communicating and promoting their value best. Employers are wise. They are weighing how you process information and solve problems. How do you think and arrive at an answer?
