Mental or Physical?

With any controlled sport at the highest level: is the game Mental, Physical or both? If it is both how much each?

The answer is first based on how you see the game:

1. Most people see it as a sliding scale. It always adds up to 100%.
2. Its not a percentage but a COMBINATION of using both to the Max.
3. So now that I've said that reanswer the question.

Both.

At the highest levels, the game requires more technical know-how than the physical aspect. Although both are important, one would require approximately 70% of mental preparedness and 30% of physical approach to execute the mission.

That is my opinion.
