16.7 ml = 16.7 / 1000 l = 0.0167 l
So we have 0.0167 x 0.3 moles of NaOH used
HCl + NaOH = NaCl + H2O so we also need 0.0167 x 0.3 moles of HCl , in 10 ml (10/1000 = 0.01 l)
So molarity of HCl is (0.0167 x 0.3) x (1 / 0.01)
