First, we can conclude that Keisha is in shape, as being able to run 10 miles in 75 minutes means she's averaging 7:30 per mile (7.5 minutes).
Start with that: her rate is one mile/7.5 minutes. You're looking for D, and given rate and time (69 min). Still need pointers?
Since D = RT,
(1 mile/7.5 minutes) * (69 minutes) = (69/7.5) miles.
I'll let you and your calculator settle the rest on your own.
