Are you provided the calorie content (in cal/g) for each of the food groups? We need the book's values to provide the calculation it expects, I'll use values that are commonly assigned for each group, to 1 sig fig., but you should use the one provided. The ones I used are shown in the table under "cal/g."
The masses for each group are under "grams." Multiply the grams by the cal/g to calories by group, under "cal."
These add to 154.5 calories per a single 43-gram serving. Note that the total mass of the three food groups is less than 43 grams, probably due to other "fillers" that aren't counted in the nutritional information. Some of this comes from the minerals and salts, but . . . one can only guess what else in included. [Don't let your imagination go too far on this - it might be correct].
