Note, for the problem as given, there is no correct answer, it is not possible to give every atom a positive or negative formal charge. The C and H in CH3 can only be FC=0.
Here I draw 4 res structures for this molecule, so it takes awhile to show how one arrives at 4, but even more could be drawn. These 4 show how the S, C and N can all have formal charges, even though more hypothetical resonance structures are possible.
