I'm not sure exactly what the expression is, but dividing by x-9 is the same as multiplying by x9.
x50/x-9 = x59
x5/x-9 = x14
If the numerator is (x5)0 then the numerator is equal to 1 and the expression would be x9
Hopefully one of these is what you meant
