From the way your question is phrased, I wasn't clear if there was more information in this problem:
"If you add 1.000atm of butane and what would the volume . . ."
Assuming the problem is simply what is the new volume, then it can be solved with P1V1 = P2V2, where the conditions are initial (1) and final (2) for Volume (V) and Pressure (P).
The problem is that I don't see an initial volume. So there are two unknowns, and since we don't know the temperature, we can't calculate either of the volumes.
Also, ". . .what would the pressure be at 120ml of water . . " isn't clear. Is water added to the container, or is this meant to be a pressure reading (AKA mmHg)?
Sorry, but the first part should be solvable with the above equation if we have an initial volume.
