How much chlorine will be in the fish tank when the tank is full?

You are setting up a new aquarium and have purchased a large fish tank can hold 160 liters of water. The tank is partially filled with 80 liters of tap water in which 200 milligrams of chlorine is dissolved. You add tap water containing 4 mg of chlorine per liter into the tank at a rate of 8 L/min. At the same time, a filter is run to filter out the chlorine in the water. The tank water flows into the filter at a rate of 8 L/min. The filter then removes half of the chlorine in the water that passes through it before pumping the water back into the tank at a rate of 8 L/min. How much chlorine will be in the fish tank when the tank is full?
