Hi Hannah,
1) ignore the inequality to start with
2) Make sure to draw a solid line because you have </= to....
3) test the inequality after you have finished drawing the line (use (0,0) whenever possible. It's the simplest).
y=3/2x + 3
I can't, of course, draw the graph for you but I can help you test which region
0</=3/2(0) + 3
0</=3------------------------------ is true. Therefore, the half that includes the origin (0,0) is the part thet you would shade as the area of solution
