Use the point-slope form of a line.
It is:
(y - y1) = m(x - x1) where the slope is "m" and the point is (x1, y1)
So it is: (y - 1) = -3/4(x - 8)
You are not instructed to convert it so this can be your answer. If you had been instructed to put the answer in slope-intercept form, you could multiply it out and combine like terms like this:
y - 1 = -3/4x + 6
y = -3/4x + 7
