The general equation/formula for dissociation of acids: HA ---> H+ + A-
*HA is the acid & A- is its' conjugate base
Apply this rule to the acids you've listed
~ H3PO4 conjugate base = H2PO4-
~ HPO4-2 conjugate base = PO4-3
~ HNO3 conjugate base = NO3-
