what is the difference between certificate of attendance and certificate of training.. and why do they say that certificate of training is better than and more acceptable than the other?

A certificate of attendance simply means that you were present for material that was provided, which is good, but it does not indicate that you are expected to be more competent in that area. Conversely, a certificate of training, generally, indicates that there were clear objectives the participants were expected to learn and were given enough information to not only be more informed about a subject but to actually utilize the information in practice.
