Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
there's an ambiguity in the problem
Is it x/(2+3xy)?
or is it (x/2) + 3xy?
if the 1st, not much you can do
if the 2nd, you can combine terms over a common denominator: x/2 +6xy/2 = (x+6xy)/2 = (x/2)(1+6y)
PEMDAS, the order of operations, means D before A, division before addition, so x divided by 2+3xy would mean (x/2)+3y
